With a degree in Dental Medicine from the Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Porto, a Master’s degree in Oral Surgery and a PhD from the same institution, Prof. Dr. Sara Durão is a professional whose constant search for knowledge and excellence in practice, enabled her in 2017 to receive the title of Specialist in Oral Surgery by the Portuguese Dental Association.

Currently Prof. Dr. Sara Durão combines her medical practice at Clínica Cerejeira e Leão with the position of invited Assistant Professor in postgraduate training in the Clinical Specialization in Oral Pathology. Collaborating and participating in several publications and dissemination actions in the area of Oral Surgery, Prof. Dr. Sara Durão intends to combine a practice of excellence with the evolution of Oral Medicine.
