Oral Hygienist of the Clínica Cerejeira e Leão team, Dr. Azélia Alves began her studies at the Instituto Superior de Saúde do Alto Ave, graduating in 2007 as an oral hygienist. After starting her career in her field of study, Dr. Alves never stopped seeking an improvement in her knowledge and practice, completing an advanced course in Infiltrative Anaesthesia at the University Hogeschool Inholland in Amsterdam, Update in Preventive and Community Dentistry taught by Professor Ole Fejerskov and doing a Pś-Graduation in Periodontology and Implants.

Working in an area where through a preventive approach she can prevent future oral complications in the lives of her patients is a great motivation that makes her continue to seek improvement in all her cases.
