Master’s degree in Dental Medicine from the Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Porto, Dr. Diogo Ribeiro chose to advance his studies and specialize in the areas of Dentistry – specialization course in Dentistry and Aesthetic Dentistry; and Oral Rehabilitation – Post-graduate course in Advanced Biomimetic Oral Rehabilitation; never ceasing to promote knowledge in other related areas.

In parallel with his clinical activity, Dr Diogo Ribeiro has worked as an external collaborator for FMDUP in the curricular unit “Preventive and Community Dentistry” between 2013 and 2016, where he helped coordinate the school and community oral health program “Smiling Paranho”, winner in 2014 of the prize “Mexia de Almeida” awarded by the Centro de Estudos Mundo a Sorrir (CEMAS).

Since 2014 he develops and cooperates with voluntary activity at Health for Mozambican Children and Families, where he is one of those responsible for the department of Dental Medicine having cooperated in the development and implementation of several community trainings in schools in Mozambique, as well as with local universities, Ministry of Health and Order of Doctors of Mozambique in several training courses for dental students and Mozambican Dentists (Curso De Medicina Dentária Preventiva in 2014, Atraumatic Restorative Treatment – ART – 2016; Operative Dentistry Course – 2019).
